Participant InformationQualification for Championships team events is
through NCTTA
League play. Qualification for singles and doubles events is
through ACUI
Regional
Competitions. Individuals and teams that have been extended an official
invitation to participate in the Championships can register for the
event and make travel/lodging arrangements using the information below. HotelThe official Championships hotel is the Milwaukee Marriott West, conveniently located in Waukesha, Wisconsin less than 10 minutes from the playing venue. Regular shuttle service will be provided between the hotel and venue throughout the competition. Visit the hotel page for more information and to book your reservations (and take advantage of tournament rates) by March 12. TravelFor air travel, Milwaukee is served by General Mitchell International Airport (airport code: MKE), about 20 miles from the Championships hotel and competition venue. NEW! Airfare discounts with United Airlines: Through a partnership with the US Olympic Committee (USOC) and USA Table Tennis, take advantage of discounts between 5% and 12% (depending on where you're flying from) on United Airlines flights to the Championships. Shuttle service for guests of the Milwaukee Mariott West: By partnering with Coach USA/Wisconsin Coach Lines, the Waukesha CVB is able to offer Championships attendees transportation to/from the Milwaukee airport. This complimentary service is only available at certain times, so be sure to book your arrival and departure within the specified window to take advantage:
For those arriving at other times, you'll have to
arrange
your own transportation from the airport. The Milwaukee airport is
served by a variety of rental
car companies, as well as taxis and Go Airport

Singles and Doubles RegistrationInvited qualifiers can register through the ACUI website once regional qualification is finished. Disabled (Paralympic) Singles RegistrationRegistrations will be accepted as space permits; there are no special qualifying tournaments for the Paralympic Event. There is no separate Championships Eligibility Form required for teams, the Spring League Eligibility Form already submitted for your team is sufficient. Deadlines and Fees:
Fundraising and Financial Assistance: Please read NCTTA Funding Request Information for suggestions on requesting funds from your school and other sources of funding. If you would like to request financial assistance from NCTTA please complete the Financial Assistance Application but be advised that such assistance is very limited. Additional Coaches, Managers, or ChaperonesThe team registration fee is for 8 players and 1 coach/manager. In the event an additional coach, manager, or chaperone will be attending the Championships with a team or singles participant, the cost is $35 per additional person, and includes the following:
